Pet Policy Details

• Sterling Square is happy to accommodate dogs and cats upon approval.
• There is a 2-pet limit per apartment.
• Sterling Square welcomes dogs, cats, and large birds (Parrots, Cockatiels, Sun Conures, and other birds that are often let out of cage). Residents are allowed to have 2 pets with a combined weight of 200lbs per apartment.
• There is no deposit required for small birds, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish aquariums that are 5 gallons or less.
• Please review our “Animal Addendum” for the full pet policy. We comply with all Fair Housing requirements. Valid service and/or support animals are not considered pets and therefore, are not subject to the pet policy.

Pet Fees

• A non-refundable pet fee of $250 due at signing
• An additional $30 monthly fee for each pet
